Terms of sale

Subscriptions are sold by PROPHETIA, a French société par actions simplifiée whose registered office is at 94 allée des Vignes, 34280 La Grande-Motte, France, registered with the RCS of Montpellier. Its full identification details appear in the legal notice. Contact: contact@prophetia.fr.

These terms apply to any subscription to a paid plan on the Prophetia website. They supplement the terms of use, which apply to all accounts, free or paid.

Two monthly subscriptions are offered, in addition to the free plan:

• Plus: €49.99 per month;
• Pro: €149.99 per month.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included: they include VAT at the rate of 20%. The content of each plan (number of analyses, portfolios, alerts, tax module, daily letter) is detailed on the pricing page and in "My account" when you subscribe.

To subscribe, you must have an account, choose a plan, accept these terms, and then pay on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe.

The contract is formed as soon as payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail, and the plan is activated on your account without delay.

Payment is made by card, through Stripe. Prophetia neither receives nor stores your card data.

The subscription is payable in advance and renews automatically each month, on the anniversary date of the subscription, until it is cancelled. Each renewal generates an invoice, available in "My account".

If a charge fails, further attempts are made over the following days and your access is maintained during that time. If payment ultimately fails, the subscription ends and your account reverts to the free plan, without any loss of your data.

You can switch from Plus to Pro, or from Pro to Plus, at any time from "My account". The change takes effect immediately and the price difference is calculated pro rata to the current period.

The subscription has no minimum term. You can cancel it at any time from "My account", in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep your plan until that date, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

The current period is not refunded, except where the right of withdrawal below applies.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw, without giving any reason.

When you subscribe, you expressly request that the service begin immediately, before the end of this period. If you then withdraw, you are refunded the price paid, less an amount proportionate to the period elapsed until your request.

To withdraw, send us an unambiguous statement to contact@prophetia.fr, for example using the model below. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your request, to the card used for payment.

Please complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

We may change our prices. Any change is announced to you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies, and only takes effect from the next renewal. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before that date.

You benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity applicable to digital services. If the service does not conform to what was announced, write to us: we will bring it into conformity, or, failing that, you may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The limits of liability and the nature of the service (information, not investment advice) are set out in the terms of use.

For any complaint, write to us at contact@prophetia.fr. We reply as soon as possible.

If the disagreement persists, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, after first trying to resolve it directly with us. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protective rules of the country where you reside if you are a consumer.
